Hier bist du eingeladen, deinen Brüsten und denen anderer Menschen liebevoll und achtsam zu begegnen. Ein Raum zum Erzählen, zum Schauen, zum Spüren, zum Tasten – zum Feiern dieser weichen und festen, großen und kleinen Vielfalt. Dabei dürfen deine Brüste so nackt oder angezogen sein, wie sie möchten!
Dies ist ein Raum für FLINTA Personen – Frauen, Lesben, inter, nicht-binäre, trans und agender Menschen – und ihre Brüste.
Den Workshop leitet Guava (Inga) @vonallenSinnen. Sie ist systemische Psychotherapeutin und bietet neben der Arbeit in Einzel- und Gruppentherapie gern Workshops zu Körper, Berührung, Lust und Gefühl an. Guava liebt Spiel, Bewegung und Kunst – Theater, Tanzen, Lachyoga und Farben gehören deshalb ebenfalls zu ihrer Palette.

Here you are invited to meet your own breasts, and those of others, with love and mindful attention. A space for sharing, for looking, sensing, feeling, and touching—for celebrating the rich diversity of softness and firmness, of small and large. Your breasts are welcome exactly as they wish to be: naked or clothed or in between.
This is a space for Flinta* persons (female, lesbian, inter-, non-binary, trans- and a-gender people) and their boobs.
The workshop will be held by Guava (Inga) @vonallenSinnen. She is a systemic psychotherapist and, alongside her work with individuals and groups, enjoys offering workshops focusing on the body and it’s perceptions, emotions, contact, touch and pleasure. Guava loves play, movement and arts, so theatre, dancing, laughter yoga and colors are also part of her palette.
